Vodacom breached their end of the contract

Viacom NIcolway breached their end of the contract. I signed up almost a month ago to receive a phone, data bundles, and a free gift if I paid monthly. I paid monthly but haven't received my free gift. I come to that shop and every time a consultant has some story. In Essenes Vodacom NIcolway has breached their end of the contract. I consider my contract null and void and expect all my money to be reimbursed in terms of this contract.
