Lowered package price but still billed at old prie

I noticed during December 2013 that the price for Premium Uncapped 4Mb ADSL had changed from R899pm to R769pm so I naively assumed that my billing would be adjusted accordingly, needless to say it wasn't and I was still getting billed at R899. When querying this, I was told that the price could not be changed without my consent, fair enough. The problem is I was never offered the opportunity to give this consent. I was never contacted regarding this, Mweb was happy to keep billing me more than what I should have been.
The last communication I received regarding the speed changes was on 28 November 2013, which stated "We are unable to make changes to our Premium Uncapped Shaped products. We are currently in discussions with Telkom around a significant reduction in their wholesale IPC charges; if these are forthcoming we will make adjustments to our Premium products", also, "We will be in touch shortly to advise you on the best data options available.".
This never happened and now Mweb does not want to credit me for the overbilling.
If I did not contact Mweb on my own after noticing that the Premium Uncapped product's pricing DID change, they would keep billing for more.
