Almost 3 days and vodocom still did not received the reactivation forms who is to blame, we as customers needs to pay our account on the end of the month but you can not even use you number. even if it take 48 working hours, we are already by the 3rd day that have been wasted now I need to wait again 48 working hours that it is not even my fault. O yes and no one wants to take the blame for it, I really think it is time to sop my contracts with vodocom, it is deftly my last time that I did upgrade as well. Don't any one do follow ups on the reactivation by the branches.
