Vodocom is incompetent

Vodocom Collection Department

My son was approached telephonically with a "Vodocom promotion " he explained that he already has a contract and was convinced to buy this contract for me (his Mother).( I am sure this was illegal)

He had no problem with this until he lost his job he contacted Vodocom to cancel the contract (there is no record of this). My Son thought this was all finalised but Vodocom was still charging their fees.

Now my phone was blocked and he wants to buy me a new contract but your department has black listed him.

He has paid this account up to date but we are still waiting for the letter confirming this

Surly there is one person in Vodocom that is competent I am only looking for 1 person that can do their jo
