I have been sending reactivation forms for almost a year now, this has been done via email, fax and at Canal Walk branch. Every time I call them (082 1946), I will be transferred from one department to another, the next thing I get a call from the lawyer (BGA) saying my account has been handed over to them.

This has been going on for far too long and I need some assistance because it is affecting my credit record. I have put too much effort on this with hope that maybe this time it will be resolve, trips to branches, holding on the phone for too long and being transferred from one department to another.
