Cell C telling empty stories

I previously posted a topic " https:///cell-c/complaints-to-compliments/total-lack-of-customer-service-993550 " and i had to give to it to Cell C, they responded quickly and i thought that the situation had finally been sorted... But alas, its still the same empty promise's that I was being told, last week Monday i was guaranteed the upgraded will be delivered to my residence between 3-5 days, and I'm still waiting. And now in total i have been waiting for well over a month for this upgrade. This total disregard for the customer is completely unacceptable... Extremely poor showing cell c!!
