WHY CAN MTN NOT GIVE A DIRECT ANSWER?

I am still awaiting an actual answer to the questions I have raised in my earlier complaint.

As great as it sounds to quote the CPA, it would be more helpful if you just answered the issue at hand. I have not queried the change in your terms from a 20 month to a 21 month upgrade. I have queried is the accuracy of the information given to me by YOU, and YOUR commitment to accept responsibility for and rectify an issue caused by YOUR error without inconvenience to me.

I again repeat, as a service provider it is YOUR responsibility to ensure the information YOU provide me as your client is correct. You have repeatedly advised me that I can upgrade on 1st February, I have several sms communications from you to substantiate, and so you should honour that commitment.

If YOU did not update YOUR systems in accordance with YOUR policy change, that is YOUR responsibility, and YOU should deal with the the consequences of that. YOUR error, YOUR responsibility.

Would you like me to extract all of the information in the CPA which protects me as a consumer regarding the responsibility of a service provider to give accurate info? I am happy to provide it.
