Beware: Toyota sharing info with Direct Axis

Do you guys even realise what reputational damage you are doing to yourselves by sharing people's information with Direct Axis? Probably one of the most untrusted companies in South Africa.
1, I did not give you permission to share my information with them.
2, Why would you share information with a company known for abusing people's personal information and harassing them?
3. I am aware that you are allowed to request proof of insurance from me, and I have no problem with that, however I certainly have a problem with having to share that proof and my information with a 3rd party.
4. Your terms state that I have 30 days to provide the proof of insurance and not 7 days as Direct Axis is trying to force me to do. My guess is that they're hoping to score an installment off of me if I'm not able to provide proof within 7 days.
Surely you have a responsibility to your clients to keep our information safe, and to first check with your clients whether they have insurance before trying to score a fat commission from Direct Axis.
Please provide me with a Toyota email address or fax number where I can send my proof of insurance as I will not send anything to Direct Axis.
