It has been two weeks since the beginning of this jarring and expensive experience with Vodacom. I first became aware of this glaringly obvious of identity when I received an invoice (after already debiting my account) on the 22 / 01/ 14. Shocked I called Vodacom, whom I have never had a contract with! Today is the 03/02/14 and Vodacom still debited my account with the second amount of over R 140.00. I have spent hours in police stations and banks, spent money faxing the required documents three times and petrol and for what! Vodacom's tone and attitude and been arrogant and unhelpful, making me feel like the criminal.

VODACOM YOU HAVE BEEN THE VICTIM OF TOO! AS SUGGESTED BY FNB I WILL TODAY BE OPENING UP A CRIMINAL CHARGE!

My 16 calls to the call centre and dealings with Candice Peterson have left me stunned. I don't care how often this happens. I want it resolved today. I want to ensure this person is arrested and since no one at Vodacom gives a... I WANT SWIFT ACTION and AN APOLOGY FOR SUCH AMAZINGLY POOR SERVICE!

Ps it was suggested that I don't open a criminal case? Please explain why I was told that by Vodacom?
