The one shining light after a two week disaster with Vodacom I could count on my trust bank; FNB to honour its words.

As the victim of Identity (I still have my green book) and complete incompetency on the side of Vodacom, FNB has returned the money debited from my FNB account twice. Each time it has been reversed.

FNB, I will do anything you want and need from me to arrest the criminal and secure your returns of funds.

pity I cant open a case against Vodacom for the hours and money I have spent trying to do what they should have!
