PASSING THE BUCK AND NO ONE BOTHERS TO HELP!!

A payment was made to my business account from another FNB user two days 17 September 2013 ago and I was given the proof of payment as well as the reference number confirming the transfer was done.
Till now the funds are still not in my account and I have made at least 17 phone calls to the online banking sector regarding this matter and hoping that someone would be able to help me. But to my disappointment they all say there is nothing they can do with the reference number and or I should just wait the turn around time of 24 hours. 24 hours has passed and I was put through to 5 different people on at the call centre and all they can say is they cant help me, the reference number cant help me and that I should take it up with my client, and I have spoken to him and he has also spoken to the bank and they say the transaction was successful and I must just wait!! I am a small business and I have lost R26800.00 over the last two days because I have not had use of that money!! who is gong to pay that money back to me?? certainly not the bank! FNB puts all these stupid adds on the radio of how much better they are but yet they are the worst when it comes to customer service!!!
