Epair phone, could not be fixed or lost

I took my phone in for repair, had my phone for a month. I did not head any thing from the store for more than a month and I decided to go to the store, I even involved the Branch Manager (Louise) when I could not be helped on my third visit with all the promises, but she could not helped me either about my complain, After all that I was still given a wrong phone (old phone from another customer) I took it back immediately and was promised that this will be sorted. Again nothing was done about this as usually. I went further to report this to head office and was referred to Regional manager (Charles Smith) who promised to assist me after a week although I have been waiting for more than a month for my phone, he also said he will see if they can credit me since I have been waiting for long. When I went in to the Branch after a week it was only then when he decided to make phone calls about my phone. When Charles and I spoke on the phone he said I will be given a new phone because they could not fix my phone which I had for a month that's a procedure. The phone was not there and it was only now that I was there he noticed that the phone was not there. I want my contract to be can
