About a month ago I posted a complaint on Hellopeter regarding my iPhone 4s that went in for repairs. MTN came back with a repair centre phone number. I gave my phone in for repair, after a month I got an SMS that the phone is ready. When I got there they send the phone back due to a problem with sim tray no. they couldnt fix it. Explaining that when I gave the phone in for the first time we managed to get the right sim tray no. MTN then took the phone and said they would send it back to the repair centre. Then after about another month I decided that this is mad and had to go and find out whats going on. When I got to MTN (after the second time of sending it in) they told me that the phone is in their shop, AND THEY DID NOT SEND IT IN (AFTER I HAVE BEEN WAITING 2 MONTHS)!!! So I complained to the lady at the counter, she said that the branch manager would call me as soon as he is in the office . 2 Days after that I get a phone call from the manager that has no idea what is going of, so I explain to him and he said that he will look into it and sort it out asap... THAT PHONE CALL WAS 2 WEEKS AGO!!! I am using a old phone and this frustrating journey is affecting my business
