Web Africa billed my credit card (without my consent) three times in a single month. After querying this, they promised that it would be resolved and the payment reverted. After more than two weeks, two support tickets, two hours on chats and multiple promises, I have not yet received any repayment.

I constantly have to request feedback and I do not experience any pro-active intervention from their side.
