Autopage very bad service

Since the last time I complained on Hello Peter about Autopage the service are worse. After struggling to get the settlement amounts for my contract out of them they eventually sent me all the info.
I have made the payments on 26 November 2013, emailed them the POP and phoned them. They promised to send me a letter to say it has been paid up. I am still waiting. On the 1st December they billed me for those contracts. I have phoned them and they said that they can see that the accounts have been paid up and they will deposit the money back to me. I am still waiting for that. It's not a small amount that they need to pay me. Every time I phone they apologise and it would be done in 2 - 24 hours, but that's all a lie. It has been days now and still nothing. Autopage needs to seriously get their stuff sorted. It's ridiculous how incompetent they are.
