Cancellation of Horrible contract

I'm fed up with this back and forth complaints with this network. I got this contract at the end of September and I've had problems since then. Firstly my application was not processed on time, then my banking details were loaded incorrectly and I only found this out after 3 months as I kept inquiring the reason I was not being debited. As a result of that, my account accumulated arrears. I made an agreement with the billing department as to how much I'd be willing to pay monthly until the arrears were settled and this agreement was not honoured. I then asked to cancel the contract and it still hasn't been cancelled. At the end of January you were supposed to debit me R2400 and yet again I have to write another email complaining of your bad service. This is getting tedious, it's even becoming like a second job. Please do me a favour and cancel your contract, convert it to prepaid because my number has been ported. If this is not sorted within 48 business hours, I'm taking this up with the Provincial Consumer Affairs Offices.
