Nine months after my upgrade to the Blackberry Z10, the handset just stopped working. I took it in to the Benmore and they sent it away with the promise of an answer within 7 working days. Nobody has called back to let me know whats happening. After I went and made a scene instore, I was told to wait patiently. They cant repair my phone and they dont have stock of the Z10. Now, I am phoneless, paying for a device which i do not have and my service provider cant evens make a plan to help out a customer that pays a monthly fee... for what??? I have been disconnected from the world for over two weeks now. The complete lack of assistance or willingness to help or even come up with a solution has now frustrated me to the point where i want to cancel my MTN contract and go elsewhere. I was even willing to take another type of phone Q10 instead of the Z10, but this too fell on deaf ears. Just because they dont have stock, I have to wait, while they gladly and punctually take my money from my account for a service that is absent..
