After handing in my Blackberry 9800 on the 2013/03/20 for repairs no one still came back to me till to date. The phone was in such condition that the whole thing freezes and is useless. I am still in contract period and the phone has a 2 year warranty. I phoned Mtn Galaria this morning to get some info on it in wich they had to phone me back and tell me they have no stock of the phone. I raised some questions in regards of the warranty and the contract that im paying for without a product that was so graciously sold to me. The answer was phone the repair centre. That I did only to get the no stock answer and I must wait, the consultant informed me that I must wait 10 working days and that Mtn Galaria only send them the phone on the 2nd of April?
Now if im paying for a product that's no use toe me and a service provider that has no backup on the product they sell to the public, am I breaking contract or MTN? is it the person on the street that must just sit and eat up there false promises and they can do whatever they want? And I promise if I break my contract with them there lawyers will be on me faster than this mail can be delivered.
