HOW IS IT POSSIBLE TO SUBMIT ALL FORMS REQUIRED TO UPGRADE MY CONTRACT AND PORT A NUMBER WITHOUT MY NUMBER BEING RICAED!!! THIS WAS DONE IN DECEMBER AT THE CANAL WALK BRANCH. NOW AT THE END OF JANUARY MY PHONE SERVICE IS CUT AND SAYS IT IS RICA BARED. PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME HOW THIS COULD HAPPEN. WHY WAS THE SIM NOT RICAED DURING THE UPGRADE DESPITE ALL THE REQUIRED INFORMATION BEING SUBMITTED. " PROOF OF ADDRESS AND ID". I AM A PROFESSIONAL PERSON AND REQUIRE MY PHONE FOR WORK.THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND PATHETIC SERVICE FROM MTN.
