Well the issue is still not resolved. Virgin Mobile has become pathetic. I called the the Canal Walk branch on Friday to make sure they would keep a loan phone for me but when I arrived Monday they said they had given it to someone els. So I decided to upgrade my other contract to use that phone in the meat time. After confirming with the manager who runs the store the phone and contract I wanted, she explained I would be billed an extra R120 to my contract as a once off connection fee. Only to come back and say they where out of stock. so I changed to a different phone, only for her to tell me They now need me to go in to Ned Bank and pay the R120. Never the less almost an hour later I walked out the store without checking in my broken phone or taking out a new upgrade. PATHETIC!!!
