MTN are totally useless

Why cant anyone at MTN do a job from start to finish. I have had the same problem s trying to change contracts into my children's names.

The forms / documents are always lost at least twice.
The process is never concluded in under 6 months
You always have to complain and moan and turn to sites like this to get any responses.

There are a number of things that spring to mind...

Maybe MTN don't have any defined and documented business processes.
Perhaps they don't train their staff properly.
Or the staff might just not care.

Can someone please tell me how to get a contract moved to my sons name quickly and seamlessly. He has already submitted the forms twice, paid for copy bank statements twice etc etc, only to be told he needs to do it again.

I can believe that a company the size of MTN is that useless. Its funny that billing is never late, and if you miss a payment or pay a few days late they are able to follow-up with you and contact you, but as soon as they are expected to do something... nothing...

Sadly this is not an isolated incident. it has happened to each of my children wanting to move contracts into their own name... which does look like a pattern.
