Unstable ADSL connection

My ADSL line has been unstable since the 3rd of January 2014. I have connectivity for about 2 minutes before the line drops. I have phoned every day since the 19th of January when I logged my last call to get an update. Nobody gets back to you and cannot advise when the fault will be resolved.
