Useless ADSL, Unstable line

For the past 2 weeks I have been having the most unstable uncapped 4Mb ADSL account (10mb line). The Ping is so inconsistent that it is impossible to play any on line games (the main reason we have the line), it changes between 12ms and 1000ms continuously, spiking all the time, and never holds anything consistent. I used to get a ping of about 230ms to the UK and now its lucky if I get anything under 800ms.

I have phoned them, had the port reset, this helped for about 5 min, I called the Telkom Isp side and She left me hanging till after-hours and never came back to me, who was on hold - seriously? I called again (the next morning) and they "recreated my port" and logged a Fault (ref: 512CWK130114) and Told me technicians would get back to me, I'm still waiting. Every time I call its at least 20 Min before I even get to a consultant.

This is unacceptable, I get maybe 30% line quality but they expect 100% payment, They are not providing the service that I am paying for (CPA telkom?).

If this is not sorted out this week then I will be going to ICASA.
