I want to cancel my telkom line.
I pressed the options for cancellations... After more than 17min without anyone answering my call, I had to hang up. This is the second time that I have tried and both times I have waited more than 15 min!!!
I NEED TO CANCEL MY LINE!!!
Any suggestions??
