I just want to cancel my line!

Hi I have been trying since last week to cancel my telkom line. i dial 10210, go to accounts or technical support and they transfer me to another line in which i press 2 for cancellations - and NO ONE takes my call. i am tired of hearing the music and waiting for some one to help me. please help!!!
