My phone has been blocked since Wednesday 29.01.2014 rendering me unable to reply, text, or use any applications and or internet. This was done without prior notification and or communication in any form.
After contacting them twice with promises that the responsible department will contact me, nothing has happened and I am still unable to use my phone. They advised on my initial contact that the phone was barred due to high data usage.
1) who gives them the right to bar without consulting me first
2) why have they in fact not consultated or contacted me at all
3) they are in breach of contract as they are not supplying service which I pay for
4) why have they still not replied to my two queries raised?
This is totally unacceptable and blatant disregard for service delivery.
I need my phone to be activated with immediate effect and a full explanation given on the above 4 points.
