Internet not usable for 3 weeks now

I've been unable to use my internet now for 3 weeks.
They sent a technician and the line is 100% working.

So i swapped my service providers to openweb and the account is running like a dream now.

My problem... I can't cancel the line since i've been holding for more than 2 hours for cancellations.
However when i select sales i get an answer within 2 minutes but they cannot transfer me to cancellations.

Please cancel my SP portion with immediate affect and refund me for the 3 weeks of useless internet.
