For the second consecutive month Virgin have over billed me. From a contract number I don't even use how do you get billed R2119 (my limit isn't even that much)? I transfer menial amounts to my prepaid cause they are useless and cannot port the number I have been requesting for over 6 months. Finally I have put a stop order on the account someone call me to rectify AND give me my itemised billing that I pay for monthly. Useless, useless and more useless company of the century
