After a power outage my connection to the DSL sync failed. This fault was reported on the 28th of Oct with specific instructions to phone before coming as there is not always someone home. When the technician finally came, without phoning, he promptly left again to check the exchange. After phoning back, hours later, I was informed that the fault with my router and that I should buy a new one as everything else is fine. I asked if he could check another router i had and he said he would meet me in 20min at my home. After waiting at home for an hour and a half, he didn't show. I then went and bought the new router as per his instruction, and lo and behold, the EXACT SAME PROBLEM is still ongoing! I then report this AGAIN and get told that they understand my frustration and a new techincian will be sent out. I also get a new ref no. The following day I get an sms that states that my problem is now resolved!! No technician came to the premises, nothing has changed AND MY PROBLEM IS MOST DEFINITELY NOT RESOLVED! I want this problem sorted out ASAP and to be refunded for the unnecessary router I had to buy.
