DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM MTN

I Upgraded my contract Saturday and bought the new iPhone. Chad Jooste assisted with the upgrade and everything went smoothly, he said he applied for the sim swop and that it should be processed within 24 hours and I shouldn't use the new phone until the current phone shows an error when trying to message or call. On Monday, this still had not happened so tried to ring the V&A Waterfront branch to chat to Chad. Impossible to get through, if someone picks up they drop the line instantly. After numerous calls to the service centre, many references later, promises to escalate my problem, promises that Chad will be mailed and someone will contact me - still on Day 5 - NOTHING. I am still sitting with the issue, I am not able to use my new phone and my sim swop has not been done, I can't get through to ANYONE. Not the service desk, not the V&A - NO-ONE! Neither Chad, nor the service centre agents really seem to give a about their clientelle - who in actual fact pay their salaries!

Thank you for the MOST disgusting service ever received in my life!
