What an experience i have had with Coricraft!! When going to buy my couches, I met Chad who in turn assisted me with my purchase. Chad had a fortune of product knowledge, was evident that he loved and stood by the brand, and was very well equipped to service all the questions posed to him... DELIVERY this is where it all went wrong!! the couch was delivered to me faulty, sent back, returned 1 week later faulty, sent back and then again sent to me faulty.

Chad eventually arrived at my house to assist with the order, physically adjusting the couch to ensure it met the correct standards... i can't say the order is yet closed as there are a few pieces still needing to be fixed, however i can tell you that if it were not for Chad this order would have been lost to Coricraft.

I certainly hope the powers that be at Coricraft head office reward individuals such as Chad, as they are surely the individuals driving the brand!!

please see my negative comment on this site referring to the shocking service delivered by the warehouse!
