I had previously complained about the poor network in the Eastvale, Springs area back in 2011. After this I received a reply from the regional area manager indicating that there were plans underway to correct the issue. Since then I've continually received reminders that Vodacom are aware of the issue and that they are awaiting a new site for our area.

Having waited 3 years for this plan I am starting to think that Vodacom has tried to appear to be doing something and thus the constant smses BUT in fact nothing seems to be happening. It cannot reasonably take 3 years to erect a single tower in an area if you've indicated that you have such plans?!

As a customer it really is an insult to be treated with this sense of disdain and as if I would be none the wiser if you merely sms me regularly enough to keep up appearance of concern. If a signal is not forthcoming kindly state and we then know that it may be better to start considering alternatives or not. Poynting anntenaes could be a great assistance (as was provided by MTN for a similar complaint as oppose to a perpetuated sms lie)
