Trying to cancel my Get It subscription

I was called by one of the call centres from Cell C asking me to sign up for their Get It subscription last year in October/November. I at the time thought it sounded like a good thing as the young lady was very convincing that called me. I have been struggling since December 2013 to cancel this but to no avail. I have sent numerous emails from their website, Always promised that an agent will get back to me within 48 hours well almost 2 months later I am still waiting.
I want to cancel my monthly subscription which I frustratingly can't do I have even tired calling their 084 11 438 48 number but am left holding for ages. I do not have the time to wait for a call centre to eventually decide to answer my call.

I have been a loyal cell C subscriber since they launched in SA and have two contracts with them but will consider not renewing them as I am fed up with the bad service I have received in trying to cancel a subscription that is of no use to me.
They are quick to call you to sign up for their services or to let you know your contract is up for upgrade and renewal but really when it comes to aftersales customer service.
