NO NOTICE - BUT WRITTEN CANCELLATION RECEIVED

Dear Ms Huma,
I received a phone call some time back which seemed to resolve the original problem, but am now again perturbed.
I have now received a WRITTEN cancellation letter, but have not had any NOTICE. The Letter states that my Insurance was cancelled as at 31 October - so I may in fact have been driving an uninsured car since then!?!
Kindly phone me to discuss, and send me WRITTEN confirmation of my Insurance status by e-mail as soon as possible.
