Bad Attitude Recieved by MTN Norwood

On Saturday, 1 Feb 2014, I was at Norwood Mall and my MTN cellphone got.
As I didn't have anyway of reaching MTN, I went into the MTN store to ask if I could please use there phone to contact the call centre urgently. There was a long queue, so I asked the male store attendant if I could please ask him a question. He just answered 3x that I must join the queue.
