No support after bad service received from Nexus

On 23 June, I arrived home to find my car battery was dead. Immediately phoned OS at 20h00 and spoke to Ivan (Reference #449734), who assisted me with the level of service expected. After hanging up I immediately received my sms stating that Nexus Towing will arrive within 30minutes. Nexus arrived and upon approaching the technician I was told that he was actually on his way home but was told to assist me. Not even greeting like a good OS contractor does. He tried to jump my car and after 5minutes told me it's a mechanical problem and that I should arrange that my car be towed. The next morning I went to my car and saw that all the lights are on, it just didn't have enough power. Again phoned OS and spoke to a Clayton (never got a reference number sms or any confirmation that he spoke to me: TIME OF CALL-07h48. I requested that he send Nexus out again as I know the car just needs a jump. I was told that the car should be towed and that Nexus said they already told me it's a mechanical problem. I told Clayton that I will find help elsewhere. I received help from a family member.; Jumped the car and it's in working condition. Why should I forfeit my Outbonus if you never assisted!!
