No coverage

I have been plagued by no 3G coverage problems with three MTN devises for the last 3 months. I have been trying to escalate the problem with Autopage Altech Cellular almost on n weekly bases. The support staff enters / log a problem on their system but I have not received one call or e-mail explaining what the problems are. Shocking service delivery...
The Coverage department on 083 900 1212 is no help at all. It seem there training consists of just passing the buck. I probably have 8 reference numbers. And when I ask to talk to a suppervisor I am cut off.
And no action from MTN. I have 3 devises with them and luckely the contracts are running out.
