Incompetence regarding repairs

What started off as a simple battery problem has become a two week long struggle with my Blackberry repairs.

I originally went to the Vodacom Repair Center as my Blackberry would continually say "too low for radio use" even when fully charged. After being sent in for repairs, my phone was returned WITHOUT my memory card. Strike 1.

Then, none of my applications would open. The staff said it was a software issue, repaired this and returned it with the same problem. Strike 2.

When I showed them that it was still not repaired, they said I needed a SIM swap. R70 later, this also didn't fix the problem. Strike 3.

To top it all off, when I asked what to do now, they said I should switch my phone off and then on again in 10 minutes. This didn't work, so suddenly it was not 10 minutes, but 24 hours that I had to wait. None of this worked, so they finally told me to call the customer care center. One half an hour phone call later, I was told to take it back to the Repair Center.

I am disgusted by the complete lack of knowledge shown by your staff members, all of their "advice" being incorrect and the "advice" varying in a seemingly "shot-in-the-dark" manner.

I am NOT impressed.
