It took me 4 phone calls, after being disconnected 3 times and being put through from one person to the next before I eventually reached someone who was able to help me. I mean, it can surely not take someone 30min to reach the right person who is able to help you. One of the agents even remarked that I was rude! I am sorry but if you render a service you are not in a position to comment directly to a client that they are rude - you escalate to your manager. I would advise that the computer prompts be more thoughtful to assist customers and to reduce frustration. Please do not contact me to apolgise or play me any recordings.
