Dear Mweb

I would just like to lay a complaint about a very rude sales person, Name Siyabonga.

First of all when the sales guy phoned he did not even introduce himself, i had to ask who am i speaking to. He tried to sell n mweb deal to my mum for R39 for 500 mega bytes. My mum handed me the phone because she do not want to speak to sales people. When i said no we do not want the deal repeatedly he started to raise his voice at me. He tried to force the sale on me with a bad attitude. When i hanged up the phone after he phoned back saying that he wants to speak to my mum and when i said no he said that he does not want to speak to me but he wants to speak to my mum repeatedly. When i eventually told him that i am her husband he put the phone down and did not even say sorry.

Well as a sales person from a highly service provider i did not expect that treatment from a one of your sales dealers. I am very unhappy. Hope you will do something about it.
