Rude, Unprofessional & Abrupt Person

I called them regarding the advertisment they placed in the local papers, and the person that answered was extremely unprofessional and rude. Firstly she did not know about the position applied, and could not give me another number or person to liaise with. Instead of answering my questions, she instead put down the phone on my ear whilst I was still talking nd trying to get more information about the position.

There should be more professionl people taking these sorts of calls when an advertisment is placed!
