SERVICE IS A BAD

I called them on 27, 28, 29 of January, to tell them I am having difficulty on the account,
I cant even browse on a 4mb uncapped ADSL, I send an email to Keoma, which he replied "account will be shaped during peak hours"

Yes! I understand the definition of shaped, but what the point of this account if u cant even browse?
I spoke to Cheryl, he said all the technician line is busy, therefore, asked whether if i can leave a msg and they will call me back.

I said, a big company like this, how can they be no technician available?
She said a big company like this has many things to handle...

REALLY?! WHAT A JOKE. A BIG COMPANY LIKE THIS MEANS LACK OF STAFF, TOO MUCH PEOPLE Like you in the company that cannot handle/solve the problems.
That why people is phoning in to QUERY!

Cheryl your attitude is Disgusted. Dont come up to me that this is a call centre, i called for the past 3 days, you tell me the phone cannot be put on hold cause of the switchboard? REALLY? CALL CENTRE?? JOKE!
