Good Day,
I have called 10210 and proceeded to option 4 for 3 days in a row now, only to have to hang up because I have been on hold for so long! I am trying to transfer my parents line to a new location and this is unacceptable! I have waited so long on hold that even the hold music stopped playing! Please can I get some help, I also filled out the form on the internet to have the line transferred a week ago, and to date no one has called me back either!
