Transfer of ownership and line gets disconnected!!

On the morning of Saturday 21 Sep my mom had their fixed line transferred from my dad's name to hers... On Sat @ 15:00, my mom wanted to make a phone call and the noticed that the line was disconnected! My parents have a prepaid line with a balance of over R35. On Sunday 22nd at 8am my mom spoke to Chris at the call centre who was to call her back on her cell and he did not. My mom's mother is sick in PE and she couldn't call her for the last TWO DAYS as a result of this mess!

I just called the call centre at 08:05 and spoke to Nomawethu. Ref: 353cwz230913. She advised the the problem would be investigated in FOUR DAYS! This is unacceptable that a mistake on Telkom's side is costing my mom to be without a land line for this long! I need this resolved URGENTLY!
