Two weeks after getting my blackberry 9900 i realised the camera was messed up the pictures where like taken by vga camera took back the handset to telkom my phone was booked in without a reference and struggled to get the reference from the shop manager after complaining via their website customer care it took me 4 weeks to get a another replacement phone after several calls and emails. Now again just 3 weeks ago i send the replacement phone for repairs as it switching off by itself. Got 2 messages to contact 081180 for further information when you call the number none of the consultants can help as they claim they do not deal with repairs. Why does 8ta ask us to contact the number where none of tne consultants don't know what's going on? And why should a customer stay a month without a phone or a loan phone yet my debits are going through. To make matters worse spoke to a consultant on 081 who i suggested to escalate the query and she told me its not part of her duties, and she dropped the call, another promised to call me and never did. Got a message that my phone is awaiting spare parts last week and still the same status today. 8ta and telkom have poor repair policy.
