Telkom is the most pathetic excuse for a service provider in this country. No adsl service for nearly a month.
No accountability no help no contact number or feedback of any kind after several and repeated calls and they have done nothing. All they claim is it has been escalated yet nothing has happened. A complete joke management need to be fired and replaced with anyone who gives a.

Having repeatedly followed the regular and perscribed fault reporting many times nothing has happened. How van you be proud of who you are you do not deserve the positions you hold
