I posted a complaint a while back about MTN and how bad service I was getting from them. Guess what, nothings changed. I was contacted about this issue and a Lady spoke to me and explained which I still found was a big bunch of rubish. And I was told that because I receive data on the 21st of every month I will have to pay in February for that data that means I have 10 days to finish this data, which I found ridiculous because I was paying for a full month subscription. It is now the 29th of the month and my service has been stopped. I contacted a consultant and she asks me for the phone number, I tell her I'm not sure of any details regarding the 3g card cause it was used from a modem and never needed to use it fro calls. She then tells me she cant help me without a number, and now the service is stopped so I cant retrieve he number. As far as I am concerned I fell this to be. I will never deal with MTN in my life again.
