I have been trying unsuccessfully to reinstate my contract after i set a limit and need to reactivate the service urgently. I have phoned the contact centre a minumum of 7 times with no joy. I have never once gone through to a consultant even after holding for up to 50 minutes??? Additionally, I have also emailed their customer service area with absolutely no response!!! I am not so fed up that i would like to cancel this service if i am not contacted soon.!!!
