After sales service is pathetic

I have been trying to resolve a over deduction as well as cancelling my contract. The most pathetic system I have ever come across. My contract was taken out at Hennopspark but they have no authority to give me a cancellation amount and they cannot cancel the contract without this amount. I have emailed the customer service centre a number of times, hence no response. and don't try call them. Ohhh my word. There is only one number available. Must just stress that no managers or staff with a bit of authority are allowd to communicate with the public. i.e they have no contact numbers for manager. Apparently the only form of contact is the call centre which after holding on for 25 minutes, you give up. I have sat at the gym and waited for them to get a cancellation amount from their call centre. Guess what. They even gave up holding on. I am actually beside myself as I dont know what to do next. DON'T JOIN PLANET FITNESS
