Bad Reception still not fixed

Kuruman in the Northern Cape has n big problem with 3G and Reception and Vodacom is not sorting it out. Today i tried to phone their customer Care Line to Report it for the 3rd time since last year and the operators couldn't even help me in my preferred language (AFRIKAANS) After my contract expires I'm moving to another service provider! I see their opposition has no Reception or 3G problems.
